Old Bailey Car Bomb
IRA car bomb exploded outside the Old Bailey Courthouse, London. A second bomb also exploded at the same time near the Ministry of Agriculture. Casualties included 10 police officers. The one fatality was a civilian who died later in hospital from a heart attack. It's considered the first major attack on England since the Troubles began.
