This tidy and economical graphic shows the 3-tier Gold, Silver and Bronze structure, with a simple and jargon-free description of what each level does.

In presenting this, we recognise the trend to 'retire' Gold-Silver-Bronze (G-S-B) in favour of Strategic-Tactical-Operational.

In principle, we would prefer the latter every time. However, G-S-B is still out there, it's not going quietly!

Incidentally, we find it growing in popularity with our private sector and commercial customers. So, we've included it here because we see that debate as still going on.
